SIP junctor does not record

First check if fields User, Password, Server and Port were  configured correctly in the configurations of the junctor. If your VoIP server does not work with SIP record, unmark option "Send record request".

Some servers require complementary data to execute the record. In this case fields Fromuser, Fromdomain, Authid, Outbound proxy and External Domain may be required. Check with your VoIP service provider if it  is necessary to configure these fields.

Certify that the network where CIP 850 is connected has access to the Internet. If you are using a domain to execute the record of a SIP junctor, check if the DNS configured in the switch can resolve the domain name configured in the junctor. Otherwise,  configure the IP of the server in the record  data of the SIP junctor.
