    1 - At what distance can the Analog Line be installed?

    The distance of the line is not specified in meters. One must consider the impedance of the line, which must not exceed 2000 Ohms.

    1 - What do I do to hear the number of my Extension Line?

    To hear the extension line number, press *  87 *.

    2 - Extension lines without call ID.

    The switch has a call identifier for all the telephone lines without requiring any other accessory.

    Nevertheless, it is necessary to program the lines and extension lines of the switch, enable the function altering the jumper in the trunk board (J3A up to J3H and J4A up to J4H) and contract the service with the telephone company.

    Configuration of jumper: J3 (A a H) position 2-3 and J4 (A to H) position 1-2 configured for call ID.

    Boards: 3250461/1 and 3250461/2

     

    New boards and board 2 junctors and 12 extension lines: as of 3250461/3.

    Problem Solutions
    1 - Link E1 does not synchronize.

    Check the sheathing jumpers in board of E1 (Maintain the two jumpers of the link closed for TEST). The flat cable must be well connected. If possible do a test with another cable.

    Make a loop between TX and RX of the link with a metallic wire. Aligning with the metallic wire, execute the loop test with the coaxial cable and if it does not align, replace the cable.

    If your board is R2 Digital, forward the Firmware corresponding to the signaling type.

    The firmware must be sent through the Web programmer in option Maintenance > Recording - Send > Choose the option "Firmware (Boot E1)" and Select file "Firmware_E1_R2_Brasil".
