    The switch has a call identifier for all the telephone lines without requiring any other accessory.

    Nevertheless, it is necessary to program the lines and extension lines of the switch, contract the service in the telephone company and enable the function altering the jumper in the trunk board J4 and J5.

    Problem Solutions
    1 - Link E1 does not synchronize.

    Check the physical installation between modem and switch, besides checking the quality of the coaxial cables and grounding of all the equipment.

    A loop test between TX and RX of the board can be executed to discard possible problems in the PABX. Ensure that jumper J16 and J17 of the base are closed.

    Check if the switch and modem are grounded, and configure the ground reference jumpers in accordance with the Interface E1 Impacta manual. 

    Check the physical installation between modem and switch, besides checking the quality of the coaxial cables and grounding of all the equipment.
