    Problem Solutions
    1 - Extension line cannot transfer calls received. My extension line does not transfer calls received.

    Program the flash time in the switch extension lines. In the extension line which does not transfer calls key command 165 + 9 and wait for the accept programming tone.

    Also check that the extension line which shall receive the call has a category to receive external calls. Lastly, make a  test altering the music jumper to external music.

    2 - Extension line without music in transfer of calls.

    Check if the jumper which enables the internal music, jumper J9 , is closed.

    If you use external music for the transfer, check if the cable is monochannel and if it is well connected at  output Mus EXT. Bearing in mind that for external music jumper J9 must be open.

    First, ensure that the telephone line has the call ID service enabled.  Then check if the switch is equipped with the call ID board (IDA). Alter the ID jumpers to position IC. Execute the programming of the switch to enable the ID of the calls.
