    Basic Settings

    Problem Solutions
    1 - Message "ErnErGEnCyOnLy" in the interface display.

    Chip did not pick up the Operator’s signal. Change the location of the antenna, and check if it picks up this operator in this location.

    2 - Message "Pin" in the interface display.

    Enable the chip before installing the interface. Place the chip in a cell phone and enable it indicating the Pin of the appliance.

    3 - Message "ChAnGE Srn" in the interface display.

    When this message is displayed, check if the chip is enabled, or change it, as it is inoperative.

    4 - Message "SearCh" in the interface display.

    This message is displayed when the interface is seeking a cell phone signal. If it continues, change the location of the antenna.

    This message indicated to the user that the equipment is without the Chip connected.

    This can occur when the Chip has the 3G data packet enabled with the operator. In this case contact the operator and disable this function.
